Serves: 2
Ingredients
6-7 stalks of lemongrass
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
1 medium lemon
Icecubes
Water (I use still water. You can use sparkling water as well)
Preparation
- Clean and cut lemongrass add to a blender jar
- Add Sugar, salt & squeeze the lemon
- Add a few Ice Cubes and blend all ingredients well
- Add 1 glass of water and blend again
- Strain the mixture using a fine strainer or muslin cloth
- Serve cold after topping it with ice cubes and lemon wedges
